We will work closely with you to resolve any issues and improve performance. Please note that due to the nature of digital marketing, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., leads, conversions), as these depend on factors beyond our control such as market conditions and customer behavior.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Non-Performance of Services: If we fail to provide the services outlined in your contract for the agreed period, you may request a partial or full refund.
  • Early Contract Termination: If you choose to terminate the contract within the first 7 days of service, we may provide a partial refund based on the services already rendered.
  • Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services and decide to terminate your agreement early, you may be eligible for a refund on unused portions of the service, minus any applicable fees.

  • Third-Party Issues: Any interruptions or issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) do not warrant a refund.

5. Payment Disputes

We will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Please note that initiating a payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the termination of services.
